Mike focuses on planning the direction of Vonlay and managing clients and consultants.

With 22 years of experience and expertise in the IT consulting and staffing industry, Mike’s strong relationship building and communication skills enable him to gain best knowledge and insights to client needs and requirements. He is an expert at finding, evaluating and selecting the right resources and solutions for client needs in software, hardware, staff augmentation and consulting.

During the course of his career, Mike has recruited, interviewed, evaluated and placed 100’s of IT professionals. To create a best-fit scenario for clients, Mike uses a targeted evaluation and selection process, resulting in a high customer satisfaction rate and minimal employee turnover. Prior to joining Vonlay, Mike specialized in business development, working for IT consulting companies and successfully establishing national sales organizations, opening new markets, and working from the ground up to start multiple product and service solutions.

As a result of his efforts, he created extensive growth for every company he has worked for, substantially increasing annual revenue and expanding the employee base. He held the positions of Vice President, Director, and Manager during his combined 20 years with consulting organizations.

• Mike holds a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
